Thank you for having chosen to dine at our Michelin starred restaurant Imàgo and for having shared your review.
I was very pleased to read that you enjoyed the beautiful view of Rome and the service provided by our staff.
I was however sorry to learn that you were not fully satisfied with the cuisine.
I will bring your comments about your experience to the attention of our Chef and his team in order to constantly improve upon our guests’ experience.
I do hope you will choose to return to Imàgo in the near future as we look forward to proposing a variety of different dishes for you to try.

我们在罗马的第一个晚上就在这里吃饭，我们没有失望。这里确实是一个超棒的餐厅，有着整个城市最美丽的风景。餐厅的服务无可挑剔，食物和酒搭配得恰到好处，这里绝对值得米其林一星的荣誉。我们点了品尝菜单，跟红酒一起，用餐的每一个时刻都可以说是最完美的时刻，我们非常喜欢。世界上还有很多声称是五星级的酒店餐厅，他们可以像这家餐厅学习一下。

订了七个人的位，作为昨晚我们在罗马的一餐，它实在没有达到我的期望水平。是的这里的评论确实不错，但它的服务水平只达到了平均水准，除了那个酒侍者。有些菜很出色地用了不错的有特色的组合，有些则比较一般，虽然严格来说也是合格的。不过，太过韧的海鲜烩饭、太过肥且难嚼的鸭子以及烤过头的面包对这个水平来说实在是让人无法原谅，这直接毁了我的这次体验。在那个价格，我所期望的是完美，而它显然不值这个价！有趣的是服务生不止一次问我们觉得这顿饭怎么样...这让我觉得他们也许对盘里的剩菜并不惊讶。

I was extremely sorry to learn that your dining experience at Imàgo did not fulfil your expectations. I will of course bring all of your comments to the attention of our Chef and his team.
