我们住了5个晚上，从来没有对提供给我们的服务感到不满意。服务非常出色，非常恭敬。在我们整个逗留期间，员工们都很有魅力，也很乐于助人。他们推荐了许多旅游胜地，帮助我们在罗马确定旅游路线。接待处的Chiara和Aloha员工都很出色，乐于助人，工作认真。早餐时的雇员玛格丽塔非常亲切，很有礼貌。如果有人想要优质的服务，我一定会推荐这家酒店。

酒店位置便利、很干净，工作人员非常友好、热心。主要景点全部在步行范围内（至多40分钟）。食品做得不错。酒吧很棒，东西齐全，适合睡前去喝一杯！对我们来说，唯一小小的不足是房间里的床垫太“结实”，不适合我丈夫睡 - 不过公道地说，我们并没有问酒店床垫能否更换。

这是我们第二次住在这家酒店，很高兴我们决定再来这。我们又订了一间豪华威尼托观景房。我们的房间比去年还要好，因为我们住的地方更高，而且视野很好。全体员工都很热情，服务周到。去年，我对早餐时的新鲜水果做了一个评论，这一次总是有一大篮新鲜水果可供选择。对于早间在博尔盖塞别墅散步、漫步在优雅的威尼托大道来说，位置很棒。我们每年都去罗马旅游，多年来一直住在类似档次的酒店，但威尼托朱美拉大酒店是我们感觉最舒适的地方，我们迫不及待地想再住在这。

非常好的五星级酒店。非常友好的笑容，乐于助人的员工。房间非常干净和舒适。唯一的缺点是房间里看不到风景，但话说回来，你在罗马不是为了待在酒店房间里，而是应该去探索这座城市。酒店可以步行到许多旅游景点。下次旅行我还会再住在这家酒店。
