Thank you for choosing the White Hotel for your vacation in Rome.
We do apologize if you had such a slow interaction with our staff. We would like to explain that most of our Guests love to be helped by our Receptionists. As you will have noted from many previews reviews, we are strongly engaged to meet any Guests expectation and our Receptionists, in fact, are well known for being very helpful and caring about Guests' needs.Looking forward to welcoming you again,

如果你来罗马旅游的话，我会推荐你来这个旅馆。所有的员工都很友好，很乐于助人。早餐很完美，在旅馆的后面有一家很不错的酒吧，可以安安静静的喝点小酒，远离尘嚣。旅馆的地理位置是极好的，离许愿池Trevi Fountain只有一步之遥。这个旅馆一点不完美的地方都找不出来。
