Many thanks for reviewing our hotel.
We are happy to read that all was to your liking.
We would like to clarify that all our rooms have a chair as part of the furnishings; if, in any case, guests would like to have an extra chair, that can always be arranged by our front-desk staff. Like we always say, we encourage guests to approach our dedicated team members with any requests they might have, because they will surely do their best to satisfy them.
Thanks for your feedback regarding the number of sofas in the lobby. We value our guests' opinion immensely, because it's a precious tool to carry on delivering good hospitality and to better ourselves where necessary.
Although we have carefully considered how many sofas are indeed needed, based on the number of guests waiting in the reception area, in any given time, it doesn't mean that we will not reevaluate the number of sitting spaces, especially if guests suggest so.
