酒店位置很好,到罗马的各个景点都很方便。飞机场和火车站也只是很短的开车距离就到了,这样一来,到佛罗伦萨和威尼斯的一天游就很方便了。房间空间很大,很对得起我们所付的房费。但是,浴室需要增加点设施了。客房服务的菜单可选的品种太少了,食物也一般般。员工让人惊讶,为整个入住添光彩。

酒店和漂亮,服务员很棒,还有舒适的公共区域。房间很大很安静,还有一张特别舒服的床,我们住在六楼,有一个阳台门可以通往一个露台,露台上有桌子和椅子可供使用,但这里只能看到其他的建筑物,但也不容忽视了。早餐是自助餐可以满足各种各样的口味。我们选择了欧式早餐,这真的是一个很棒的选择,不管是所做的选择还是味道我们都非常的满意!沿着酒店下方的方向乘巴士大概15到20分钟的路程可以到斗兽场,巴士会定时发车。酒店会在一天固定的时间点提供班车服务,但由于我们有罗马通行证,直接开车出行也没什么花费。

工作人员一点也不友好。在入住登记的时候,他们甚至没有帮助我们把行李搬到我们的房间,而是要求我们把车停在地下停车场,让我们自己把行李搬到房间里去(从停车处没有直接通向旅馆的路)。第二天我们要了一个熨板,工作人员给了一个严重损坏了的!!就在同一天,我们联系了客房服务部来点餐,他们说“我们会给你回电话,因为我们现在很忙”,而他们从没给我们回过电话。当我们在10分钟后联系他们时,他们说:“我们告诉过你,我们会给你回电话,我们正忙着呢!!”这是我们所住过的最糟糕的旅馆之一。

我们在这家酒店住了两晚。它宽敞,干净,方便。此外,每个客房都有一个用户友好的4G手机,在意大利免费通话和免费上网。客人外出旅游时可以带出去。所以使用GPS,你不会迷路。地点不在罗马市中心,但价格非常好,服务也很棒。酒店还设有一家亚洲餐厅,步行5分钟,取名“炒锅”。我在这家酒店看到许多亚洲游客。这样一个安全、舒适的地方。

非信任的工作人员在未经我同意的情况下,就向我的信用卡收取费用。而且几天之后也不通知我。酒店清洁人员的声音很大,也不更换浴室东西。早餐的种类很少。

从罗马市中心,骑15-20分钟的车。公交车站就在酒店的旁边。这附近有几家相当不错的餐厅。这是一家有许多客人和旅行团的大型酒店。大厅里总是有很多人。从我们的房间,你不会注意到。工作人员友好,乐于助人。当我们到达这里办理入住的时候,这里已经被预订空了。他们及时升级了我们的房型,弥补了过错。我们没有在他们的餐厅吃饭,但这里的早餐真的很棒,就是有一点贵。我们强烈推荐这家酒店!
