我们房间有阳台还有很棒的海景。。房间又大又干净，装饰的也不错。舒适的浴室。地面还有设施都很好。早餐很可怕。所有东西都是冷的。我们甚至点餐而且不是自助餐，以为这样能吃到热鸡蛋，而且上来的还是冷的。工作人员并不像我们去过的其他酒店那样友好外向。我们很有礼貌但是感觉问他们任何事情都像是在打扰他们。走下去要走52级台阶，加上一段陡峭蜿蜒的道路，还有一段相对不安全的路，进城还有一段距离要走。走路是挺舒服的，但是那些楼梯有点难走在经历了一天之后。

俯瞰拉帕洛，这是一个非常特别的住宿地方。公共空间巨大，到处都是有趣的事情。 这里一尘不染，工作人员也很友好。我们的卧室可以看到海湾的美景，仍然是无可挑剔。备用区域通过一个私人桥梁穿过马路。 门内游泳池不是很大，但这不仅仅是俯瞰大海的美妙的无边泳池。 四月份，尽管我们是在一个非常多云的寒冷的日子住在那里，但海水还是秀丽、温暖的。

我们在去托斯卡纳区的路上在这里度过一晚，酒店给人印象不错，房间很好，早餐很美味，有很大的温泉浴场，浴场外面是温暖的水池。最重要的是，这里可以从酒店各个方位看到迷人的全景。除了wifi,一切都不错，只有在大厅wifi还不错。我们的房间在五楼，根本没法连接网络。

Thank you for your comments, mostly the one about the wifi service which in the period of your stay seemed to work only partially as shown by another review. Such remarks are precious to us since they help us improve what does not work properly yet.

艾克纱修宫殿酒店位于海滨，俯瞰海湾。酒店美丽而奢华。工作人员友好，乐于助人。房间很舒适，我的房间有一个阳台，你可以看到不错的景色。106室。我房间里唯一的问题是没有办公桌，我没法放置手提电脑，而且空调也不工作。一度我的房间有24度。酒吧的氛围良好，早餐不错。

Thank you for choosing to stay with us while visiting customers.
We are happy you did enjoy the hotel's beauty and luxury.
With regard to the AC, please be informed that we have to respect the rules currently in force which prevent us from having AC working in this period of the year.
Finally, we are sorry that the room you occupied does not offer so much space for those Guests having to work with their laptop computer, actually there's a desk with various items on it which should be removed and a round table.
