It is a pleasure to read your evaluation about the Hotel and the Services. We are glad you had a pleasant stay and we would like to let you know that for us no reward is better than having a Guest satisfied and pleased by the NH Collection Experience! 我们有幸在欧洲的很多其他新罕布什尔州酒店住宿过。这是一家顶级的新罕布什尔州酒店。一开始我们的房间里有股味儿，但是他们道歉了，并毫不犹豫地给我们换了房间，并升级了。每个人都很友好和有礼貌。早餐有点贵，但是很值得。餐厅里的Carmen非常完美。高度推荐！这不是那种装腔作势的五星级酒店，这非常好。感谢所有人为我在米兰带来了这次出色的住宿。你们的努力有目共睹！

这家酒店早餐应有尽有。谷类，鸡蛋，冷盘，水果，新鲜果汁，蔬菜，蛋糕，甜甜圈。服务员都很好。Sabra提供了很好的服务。也谢谢经理Carmen。他们无缘无故地送我这种巧克力，真让我惊喜。很棒。

The location of the Hotel, close to the main shopping streets of the city center and to the beautiful Duomo Square, is one of its strongest points of which we are proud.
