The Navigli area is indeed lovely, but it has a busy nightlife and can get a bit rowdy at night. Our hotel is in a more relaxing neighborhood close to shopping and the nice restaurant area in the Brera/Garibaldi district. Be well,

Please allow us to reiterate our deepest apologies for the lack of quality service you describe here.
We wish we could set the clock back and undo the poor experience created with this stay, but you can be assured that I shall personally speak to all the team involved and make sure that this does not happen to future guests.
I am also sad to hear that you felt as the overall physical condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired, considering the investment made on refurbishing all the hotel rooms very recently.

Please accept our sincere apologies for carpet condition in the room you had back in May when you stayed at our hotel and for the wrong timing of the wake up call, due to a human error. A water leakage from the bathroom had damaged the carpeting. Of course, the damaged carpeting has since been replaced. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
