We are happy the rooms and the bathroom were both clean, particular not negligible.
During your stay the hotel was fully booked and it can happen to find neighbors not very silent and attentive. The mattresses are ortophedic, ideal for a good rest after a walking day in Milan! We are sorry you didn't apprerciated that, but we understand that it is very subjective. We are happy you appreciated our continental buffet, with warm and cold food, included pankakes and bacon. At the end, considering our competitive prices and our level of service, you had far more than you payd for!

we apologize for the disservice, actually the room maintenance was already planned and took place after your departure. Now the room has been totally reformed. We regret not having been able to do it before, but there are always many things to do and it takes a long time to take care of everything.
