We are very happy to know that you appreciated our Hotel and our Spa facility, but we are very sorry to hear we did not fully met your expectations.
We would like to specify that we always try to do our best in order to satisfy our guest's request, but unfortunately we did not have upper category room available for your entire stay.
Our Buffet breakfast is free of charge respect to many other 5 star hotels, and we also offer a Menu for express plate which is also free for the first order. Anyhow, we take very good note of your comments to improve our service. We will continue to work very hard in order to offer our guests the best possible service.
