位置很理想,步行可至火车站和其他当地景点。我们的房间能看到漂亮的湖景。房费中含早餐。前台、礼宾部和餐厅的工作人员都非常礼貌,乐于助人。自助早餐很好吃,品种丰富。向所有去卢塞恩的人强烈推荐!

房间很大,窗户上有自动化的遮光很棒的窗帘。日落时间是晚上9点左右,但我们可以早早上床睡觉,而不必担心来自外面的光线。提供的免费咖啡和茶非常棒,在外面度过了漫长的一天后有助于恢复活力。在每一方面工作人员都非常友好热情。

酒店房间很大,提供胶囊咖啡机,还直接附了6球给我们使用。房间设计新颖,枕头有附四颗是大大加分。走路到车站及码头也很近!

我们去瑞士度假,住在这家卢塞恩的酒店,我是卡尔森的会员,但是却不是很满意。房间很好,但是接待服务不怎么样,入住时很好,但是退房的时候很糟糕。他们又有行李员,我们要自己从房间里拿行李,我选择这个酒店是因为他是4星级,但是体验却只有3星级,客房打扫得不错,餐厅的厨师也很好,但是他们的工作人员,比如说服务员很早餐,他们在早餐的时候甚至不给倒茶。酒店离车站和巴士站很近。

入住是酒店的洗脸池下水道堵塞,来了工作人员修,暂时没修好,我们要求换房间,换了一间,到了晚上回到房间发现洗澡的下水道也堵了,下楼跟前台沟通修理,一直等到修好再洗澡休息。退房时有一笔费用不明白为什么扣两次,临走也没搞清楚

酒店位置非常具有战略意义(靠近火车站,步行就可以到达老城区)。然而并不是所有酒店里的员工都乐于助人,房间也很一般,一些设施甚至坏了(门窗把手松了,脸盆水槽坏了,门边的灯坏了)。总的来说,这家酒店低于我的预期。
