在火车站背面没有想象中方便。办理入住的时候酒店大厅没有工作人员。房间里设施不错。五层的的房间还可以稍微看到湖景

位置很理想，步行可至火车站和其他当地景点。我们的房间能看到漂亮的湖景。房费中含早餐。前台、礼宾部和餐厅的工作人员都非常礼貌，乐于助人。自助早餐很好吃，品种丰富。向所有去卢塞恩的人强烈推荐！

We are very thankful for have spent your time writing this positive comment. Positive words are very encouraging and the whole staff is grateful. We are glad to read that the location, the room, the view and the hospitality have been to your satisfaction. We are located in a strategical position, very close to the train station and to the old town, which is very convenient for all our guests.
Moreover, we are working with the passion for the hospitality, trying to let all the guests feel delighted and selecting the best products.

房间很大，窗户上有自动化的遮光很棒的窗帘。日落时间是晚上9点左右，但我们可以早早上床睡觉，而不必担心来自外面的光线。提供的免费咖啡和茶非常棒，在外面度过了漫长的一天后有助于恢复活力。在每一方面工作人员都非常友好热情。

We are very delighted that the comfort of the room has been to your liking, in fact this point is an important topic with the regard to the guest satisfaction. 酒店房间很大，提供胶囊咖啡机，还直接附了6球给我们使用。房间设计新颖，枕头有附四颗是大大加分。走路到车站及码头也很近！

我们去瑞士度假，住在这家卢塞恩的酒店，我是卡尔森的会员，但是却不是很满意。房间很好，但是接待服务不怎么样，入住时很好，但是退房的时候很糟糕。他们又有行李员，我们要自己从房间里拿行李，我选择这个酒店是因为他是4星级，但是体验却只有3星级，客房打扫得不错，餐厅的厨师也很好，但是他们的工作人员，比如说服务员很早餐，他们在早餐的时候甚至不给倒茶。酒店离车站和巴士站很近。

Thank you for have chosen our property as destination of your holiday in Switzerland and thank you for the review.
We are happy that the location has been to your satisfaction.
Nevertheless we regret to read about the further points. In fact the whole team always try to do the best and we are working every day with passion and dedication. Our most important purpose is the satisfaction of our guests, let them feel welcome and delighted. We do really apologize to have given a wrong impression.
In any case your opinion has been helpful for us, therefor has been shared with the personnel involved and is aimed to enhance our performance.

入住是酒店的洗脸池下水道堵塞，来了工作人员修，暂时没修好，我们要求换房间，换了一间，到了晚上回到房间发现洗澡的下水道也堵了，下楼跟前台沟通修理，一直等到修好再洗澡休息。退房时有一笔费用不明白为什么扣两次，临走也没搞清楚
