We have taken notice of your review. As you can see from the many reviews from your fellow travellers its our uttermost priority that our guests feel just like at home and have a great time, making unforgettable memories. Its a real shame that you didnt talk to us in person so we could solve any possible misunderstandings. It's especially sad that you feel the need to express your feelings twice on Tripadvisor with a different account just to hurt us with the rating. All our employees are super friendly and do their very best to react to the many different needs of our international guests. With all due respect, a simple gesture or request to open the lid of your own noodles to give you hot water free of charge, which you brought from outside (not our own noodles) is surely not a reason to rate our hotel 1 Star.
