这是我所住过的最好的酒店之一。酒店服务很出色，员工心情愉快，友好，乐于助人。不错的健身体验。非常好的食物。主楼有点旧了，但是状况很好，所以你不会觉得有什么问题。健身区是全新的，超现代的。我们甚至没有要求升级，也没有付钱，酒店就给我们升级了房间。升级的奖励是你可以看到阿罗萨的壮丽景色，这真是一个好地方。如果你愿意为它支付更高的费用，你一定会有这样的体验。也有一个小缺点——车库太小了，所以我不得不把车停在外面。

Thank you very much for having taken the time to write us your highly appreciated comments. It has been a pleasure to have you as our guest and we are delighted to heat that you enjoyed our Mario Botta Bergoase Spa as well as our excellent cuisine. We have a large garage which fits up to 15 cars easily and has plenty of space to maneuver, thus we were surprised to read your comment. Our garage spaces have a charge of 30CHF per night while we offer the exterior parking free of charge throughout your stay. Thank you again for your positive mark and we look forward to having you back in future, we will gladly reserve a parking spot at the moment you make your reservation for you

我们在山里度过了一个周末，这家酒店很漂亮。尤其是令人惊讶的福利和非常棒的设计。它给你一种真正的山的感觉。当然了，滑雪和步行的话酒店在他们的大门外拥有滑雪缆车运输的权利，这绝对是惊人的！

Thank you kindly for having taken the time to write us your valued comments. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our private mountain railway the Tschuggen Express and the beautiful surroundings and panoramic landscape. Our interior design is from Carlo Rampazzi who favours vivid colours and high quality textiles that combine into a unique style-certainly is interior design always a topic of personal preference.
We would be delighted to welcome you back- we have just opened for our winter season which still lasts until April 7th 2019 and promises plenty of snow and beautiful Tschuggen Moments.

这是个很不错的酒店，拥有真正的五星级设施、服务和员工。酒店周围有水果和小吃可供挑选。有一个私人胶囊电梯可以带客人去其它楼层，在那里你可以悠闲的散步，参观他们的熊庇护所。或者去市中心。使用酒店提供的特别卡，这些都是免费的。我们在这里过得很愉快!!!
