地点方便，离公车站两分钟，而且到St Moritz总站的班次很多。
价格公道。我们住的是有两面开窗的角间，还付晚餐及早餐。
最令人惊喜的是6:30am开始的早餐，我们6:10am去，东西都准备好，也让我们提早享用。让我们之后的行程走得更顺利。
柜台提供ㄧ早离开客人的外带早餐。但那要前一天先订。

距离车站公车约10站，饭店附近有湖可以轻松散步（约半小时可走完全部）。距离市区约5站，走路到COOP超市约15分钟。房间很大，有提供热水瓶。

9月跟家人在此住了两晚，小镇非常舒服，饭店人员也都很友善，晚餐及早餐都是提供buffet, 相较瑞士其他住过的饭店早餐，这里食材非常丰富，味道也都不错。

很好，大小很好的房间。从公共汽车站到一个街区，再到城市和关键景点的一小段路程。非常能干的餐馆。似乎有很多旅游团，但我想这是不可避免的。友好和乐于助人的员工。不是五星级酒店，而是一颗非常强大的四星级酒店。

房间很大很美。景观很好。是由旅行团队选的。很明显有人在酒店里抽烟。如果你对香烟的味道很敏感，你可能不想住在这里。自助晚餐只能给1颗星，食物供应接不上。

Thank you for your feedback. First at all, thank you for your kind words about the rooms. We are delighted that you enjoyed the beautiful view.
Our smoking area in the Keller Bar sure is not for everyone. Nevertheless we try to give every guest the space and possibility to feel free. We are sorry if you felt disturbed.
We are sorry about the fact that we haven't reached your expectations with the buffet. Sometimes with the big groups it can get really busy so that it takes some time to refill.
We hope we could convince you by the taste and diversity.
