Thank you very much for your feedback. Great to hear that you enjoyed your fourth floor family room with balcony and matterhorn view. Our Spa area offers indeed a lot of options. FYI: The renovations in the underground games room (table tennis and table soccer) are now completed. It would be a pleasure for us to welcome you again in our hotel.

地点距离策马特车站走路约五分钟。也有公车。我们推著轮子大行李箱走去没问题。饭店也可以去车站接送客人。
我们住的房间，阳台就可以欣赏马特宏峰的日出。
加45CHF就有五道上菜的整套西餐。我先生点一份。我则点了海鲜意大利面，非常美味。
柜台人员非常热心，且有效率。餐厅应该是人手不足。当时客人较多，连我的餐巾布都没给。好在我随身有自备湿纸巾。
这间旅馆还有游泳池及健身房。感觉在策马特的夏天不需要。也许是冬天较多人用。

冰川特快一日游后，我在这里住了一个晚上。和接待员吵了一架，他要我们把信用卡资料记录在登记入住单上，但我从来没有这样做过。订了一间顶楼的房间，可以看到马特宏峰的壮丽景色。宽敞的房间，非常好的床，很大的阳台，可以看到马特宏峰。非常安静。

我们的房间很大，有一个露台可以坐在外面欣赏策马特美丽的景色，令人印象深刻。床很柔软，宽大的浴巾非常令人愉快。房间里有一个烧水壶，但是没有红茶，只有花茶。附近有一家与酒店合作的公司，可以提供红茶供应，很高兴能在漫长的一天结束时泡上一杯好茶。前台工作人员很乐于助人，我们很早就到了，他们有一个巨大的免费行李房，我们去游玩时把行李放在那里。步行450米就到火车站左边，经过联合车站，很容易就到了。早餐是不错的自助餐，有多种热菜可供选择。

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to give us such a nice review. I’m so happy to hear that we could make you comfortable. The breath-taking views still amaze me too every day. In fact, there is an even closer Supermarket called Denner which you pass from your way to the station. It is open daily from 08:00-20:00 and offers the best prices for any delicious Swiss souvenirs. Thank you again for your perfect review. We are looking forward to your next visit!

非常温馨舒适的酒店。一切都很好。在策马特，每个人都很愉快。步行5分钟就可以到火车站和策马特大街。在酒店吃的晚餐，食物很好，价格也很合理。如果你要去Matterhorn Glazier Paradise，我建议你坐出租车去，这会花掉你12瑞士法郎（和你去策马特的任何地方一样）。推荐这家酒店。

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to give us such a great review. I’m so happy to hear that you had a wonderful stay here in Zermatt. In winter we offer free shared shuttle service to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. There is also a Bus stop nearby which can be used for free if you own a mountain ticket of the same day. However, this bus gets often crowded during peak times. Thank you again for your great review. We hope to welcome you again soon.
