as we were discussing already last night, obviously it just wasn't your personal taste, because we didn't have one other complaint from any of the other 80 guests we were serving last night.
The waitress was at your table, checking inbetween wether everything was good and you did not complain, so we could have changed something, as afterwards you said, she came to early to check, when you didn't get to try yet. Then you said you would not have wanted to change something anyway and give us a chance to please you, as you didn't like 3 out of 4 dishes...you just didn't want to pay for the food; so in the end I gave you the option to pay only what you feel comfortable with, and you decided not to pay for those three meals, which was absolutely okay. Putting up the question wether we are really serving meat is rude and not fair. Most of the meat is marinated and might have a different consistence than usual.
After all we can just say, that we here quite often complaints from guests coming from the UK. Obviously chinese restaurants in the UK must be serving a totally different type of food than we do, because there are really some very disappointed english guests.
