Indeed you are right that our hotel location is an assest and that we need to do some maintenance. It is with regret that you did not experience our new renovated rooms. I am proud to say that this is already on going and part of future plans; ineed all rooms from 1st until 4th floor have already been renovated and that the remaining will be renovated by March 2020. For your next stay- as I really do hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again please do mention in your reservation your preference for a renovated rooms so that we can allocated a room according to your request.
I believe the down payment requested upon arrival according to international hotels regulations was already refund to you. It always take approximately 3 to 4 working days for the bank to release the amount. As an alternative down payment can also be given in cash.

It is with regret to hear your experience in your room which is un acceptable. Should you wish to inform us directly by email the room number and period of stay at firstname.lastname@example.org we would be able to trace and follow up with our houseekeeping team member and our technician in order to check the shower issue. We will take necessary actions to make sure this situation does not occur again.
Allow me to explain that our cleaning team follow procedures of cleaning and do not to throw away any client's belonging that are not placed inside the garbage bin provided for this effect in the room which explain why the can was not taken off.
Yes our ecological water pumping system from the lake allows centralized ventilation. Indeed it cannot be turned off in Premium room due to their location in a new building, however in all other room categories ( superior, deluxe and junior suite) it can be turned off.
We have different room categories with Lake View, Partial Lake View or no view and we allocate our guests according to the category booked upon reservation.
The parking with direct access to the hotel has limited space and is a public parking therefore the rates can’t be reduced unfortunately however it is very convenient for our guests who have direct access by lift in the lobby from the parking
Indeed, as an alternative, there is another public parking with more space right across the street opposite the hotel with lower rates and more space
