我要说这是欧洲最棒的五星级酒店。我和妈妈在苏黎世呆了三天，从7月29日到31日，并且这次决定住在巴尔拉克酒店。我要说这是最好的，不管是房间、员工、服务、位置、奢华程度、建筑、文化、氛围食物还是商业中心、健身房…我曾经到欧洲出差或者旅游时住过很多不同地不错的酒店，但是从来没有像这次一样令人印象深刻。我强烈推荐这家酒店，前厅主管Leuza,迎宾员，餐厅工作人员，一切都是最棒的。

这是一个非常传统的苏黎世酒店，所有的细节都被照顾到，你只有在瑞士才能找到。酒店的每一个部分都保持着完美的状态和古老的风格。有时你会觉得自己像20年代的客人。从你开车到酒店门前的那一刻起，服务就是无懈可击的。房间很棒，餐厅很棒——早餐和午餐都很好——在大楼的另一边，有酒吧和餐厅，晚上可以去。位置也很完美，靠近市中心和巴赫大街，在那你可以去购物!

这次我们点了“名茶”，先端上来一杯香槟。一般来说，会从大约20个品种中挑选两种茶，如果有必要的话，工作人员会协助挑选。甜点有小而美味的蛋糕和各种手指大小的三明治配上水果烤饼、凝结奶油和果酱。这次我们决定尝尝鱼子酱小食，每一份都是24瑞士法郎，而且很好吃。幸运的是我们已经吃得很饱了。注:我们不住在这里，我们儿子住在这附近。

酒店令人惊叹。对左岸餐厅非常失望，它不应该成为酒店的一部分。我不知道我吃的澳大利亚牛排做得有多老，真是一段可怕的经历。但是另一个凉亭餐厅的口味称得上世界级的。

Elegance and a personal service mean everything to us. Therefore, we were thrilled to read your motivating review. However we are terribly sorry for the shortcoming during your visit at our Rive Gauche. This does not match our service quality standards and we would sincerely like to apologize for this unpleasant experience.
