Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review our hotel here on TripAdvisor.

I am truly sorry that the Lady's First was not what you had expected. We strive to present our hotel realistically on our website and on all booking channels - and it is true, we do not have air conditioning and our old parquet floors may cause some noise. It is with regret that we heard those facts spoilt your overall guest experience in such an entire way.

Most of our guests however like the special atmosphere of our hotel, our location near the lake and in the city center, the art nouveau building and tasteful interior design, the friendliness of our staff members and our socially responsible operational concept.

Concerning the parking ticket, I would like to set the record straight. Nearly all of the parking spaces in the streets around our hotel are so called blue zone. As an inhabitant of the area, you can obtain monthly or yearly “pay and display” tickets for parking there. If our guests wish to park their car, we happily offer the official one-day-ticket at the official rate of CHF 15, just as if you would purchase it with the police directly. This price is by the way printed on the ticket itself, too.

We would love to have another chance to convince you of the qualities of our hotel and would be happy to have you back for a future stay.
