这家酒店非常干净，布局合理。我去过更豪华的酒店(比如W酒店，瑞吉酒店等)。但这家酒店让我印象深刻的是，从前台到餐厅，再到电话客服，所有员工都提供了完美周到的客户服务。虽然我的工作很忙，但我觉得自己被照顾得很好。每个工作人员都在电话里满足了我的所有要求，甚至在午夜过后很久。这是个当之无愧的五星级酒店。下次我去苏黎世，我还会选择在这里办公。

Thank you very much for your stay and for your feedback. I am sorry that our rooms and service couldn't make up for the location you didn't enjoy. However, we very much appreciate your nice words about our staff and rooms. A good night's sleep is important, that's why we are sorry that you felt disturbed by noises. 这家酒店位于苏黎世西侧，酒店开业时间不是很长（5年左右），酒店的塔楼大厦共有10层楼。我们在这住了四晚，每天在酒店吃早餐，还在酒店吃了两顿晚餐，参加了一个商业会议。酒店位置便利，门前有电车站，出行乘坐电车特别方便。我们住在325号行政客房。好的方面：会议安排和支持服务超赞。早餐美味，早餐期间的服务也很出色。晚餐：菜单上选择不多，主要供应牛排，但是食物美味，和早餐期间的服务一样，晚餐期间的服务也超赞。房间现代，和美国酒店的房间一般大（美国酒店的房间通常比其它地方的酒店客房要大）。我们睡得特大床很硬，所以我在床上垫了一床棉被以便让床变软些。所有地方都很干净，所有设施都运转良好。房内没有浴袍（尽管酒店主页上可能显示酒店提供浴袍），但房内有保险箱，吹风机和奈斯派索咖啡机。客服打扫服务还行，但他们不定期更换脏杯子。总的而言，酒店不错。酒店有家健身中心，但我没有使用，无法评价。空调运转良好，前台员工乐于助人。

当我们到达的那天，浴室里有一股下水道的味道。我们给前台打了电话，等了40分钟，他们才想出一个愚蠢的主意，派一个喷气味喷雾的人去修淋浴。然后他们才更换我们的房间，他们早就应该这么做了。房间很舒适，我们带着孩子们旅行，早餐也很好。餐厅的晚餐也不错。星期六没有男服务员，接待处的姑娘们不听话，似乎不喜欢她们的工作。在酒店的简介中，他们在处理顾客服务方面做了很多。这家四星级酒店的客户服务真的很差。

First and for all I would like to sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced regarding your stay with us. We are deeply committed to achieving our guest`s total satisfaction and therefore your feedback is very important to us.
Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations and we understand your dissatisfaction for the inconveniences you encountered. This is very regrettable to hear course but it also allows us to follow up with our teams accordingly.
Needless to say, we would be grateful for an opportunity to turn your recent experience into a pleasant one and truly hope we will be able to welcome you back to our hotel in the near future.

这家旅馆很新，所以房间又大又漂亮，很现代化。不过，主要的缺点是它的地理位置，旁边就有火车线路但却离市中心太远。酒店旁有一个车站，所以还是可以在15分钟内到达市中心的。从我的房间向外望只能看到枯燥的铁路景色，在这里住一个晚上还算不错，但有火车经过已经是酒店最吸引人的地方了。而且，一晚要300瑞士法郎，住这里实在是太贵了！

地点很好，走路几分钟就可以去很多很好的餐厅，几个街区之外就是利马特河，很适合跑步或是休闲散步。电车车站就在前门外面，或者你可以走路十分钟去哈德布鲁克火车站。员工特别友好，很随和。早餐很好，有很多热食的选择。房间很宽敞、床很舒服，浴室也很舒服。收费的地下停车场很便利。健身房相当好，配有泰诺健的设备。

我对这家酒店的评论和其他人一样，这里的房间很棒，时髦又高档，还很干净。但从酒店走到老城区需要45分钟，坐有轨电车的话需要15分钟。我明天打算去坐一次电车。我不知道这里的费用是多少，因为我们的住宿费用是包含在整个邮轮游里的。酒店餐厅应该不错，不过我觉得价格很贵。
