这房间和服务还有什么好说的?首先我的同伴是残障人士,我们没有按照我们要求的那样在房间里洗澡。他们安排的房间里床都是坏的,地上全是垃圾。第二个房间同样如此。然后值班经理被叫过来为我们安排了第三个房间……他说他会找到一个更好的房间,让我们在大厅等着,我们也照做了。等了整整一个小时才发现他下班回家了……我拍了房间的照片。

从市中心乘坐20分钟的有轨电车,然后再从站台步行5分钟,便可以到达酒店。这家酒店是荷兰最大的酒店。餐厅、酒吧和休息室都装修得非常漂亮。早餐十分丰盛!酒店最大的缺点就是,房间很小,而且浴室更小。不过,或许这正是荷兰的特色吧,荷兰人已经习惯于生活在狭窄的空间内。

Funfact: The rooms are indeed a little smaller. This is because the hotel was not build as a Novotel originally but as an Alpha Hotel in April 1971.

这间位置靠近地铁Metro RAI站,只要5分种走路距离,但与阿姆斯特丹中心地带的确有相当一段距离,所以周边并无什么可看的地方,纯商业及酒店区,并无夜店,相对治安亦较佳。房价亦较市中心相宜。尤其当日为同志巡游,唯有决定搬离市中心。当日酒店亦许多搞作,布置了许多彩虹的装饰品,送每人一条彩虹手带,还有即影即有相机,很会取悦客人。三人房间一张大的双人床再加一张沙发床,空间算是挺大的浴室的设备也不错。只是淋浴间,居然没有装上门,淋浴的时候水会通通跑到洗手台旁边的地板,有点设计错误。他的那个早餐真的好的没话说,一间四星级的酒店早餐达到五星级的水准,这个不可多得真的很赞,足够补偿远离市中心的缺点。这应该是我住过这个集团同一个品牌早餐做得最好的一间。推荐给不计较酒店位置,游览时间很充裕的旅游人。
