非常舒适的旅馆。我们乘坐高速列车通过阿姆斯特丹中央车站到达阿姆斯特丹。从火车站可以很快步行到酒店(只需10分钟)。这家酒店坐落在城里一个热闹的地方。所以,如果你喜欢观察行人,那就随便逛逛,你会发现这个地方很有趣。附近有很多不错的小餐馆,阿姆斯特丹的唐人街就在几个街区之外。这家旅馆的设备是一流的。很干净。房间很宽敞。大窗户。房间里的浴室很不错。享受瀑布般的淋浴吧。喜欢电热毛巾架。房间里的一切都棒极了!酒店内有好几部电梯,它们会把你带到这座大楼的不同区域——所以这是唯一棘手的部分。但除此之外,这是一次很棒的住宿,肯定会再住在这里!

餐厅令人惊艳。我们的服务员弗朗西斯在服务和知识方面非常杰出。强烈推荐这家餐厅,它提供酒单和各式菜单选择。洗手间与门厅既漂亮又干净。这里离通向博物馆、艺术馆和旅游景点的中心区Dam非常近。

门厅和餐厅都不错,但是房间很小。可以弄得更干净点。床在塑胶地板上稍微有点儿斜。我在邮件里说为了丈夫的50岁生日,房间里要红酒和气球。但什么都没有。他们过了一会儿倒是拿来了,只是太晚了。冰箱/迷你吧台不制冷。我们向工作人员投诉了,他们说会派技术人员来,但是没有人来。床很干净,但是每次你一离开房间就有人来整理!!!小礼物不错但是有点怪异,但是牛奶和糖都不够。即使给我打了折,我还是觉得很失望。

We sincerely regret to learn about your negative experience during your stay.
As we aim to provide our guests with nothing less than a five star level service we are very sorry to hear that we did not achieve this at the time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I would like to offer my apologies for these unfortunate experiences, we are sorry that your stay with us has left a negative impression on you. We do understand that this apology cannot change the experience you have had in our hotel anymore. Therefor I'm sorry to hear that after we have compensated you for this inconvenience you are still disappointed.

虽然房费比较高,但酒店位于阿姆斯特丹中心,给人一种很豪华的体验。员工彬彬有礼,乐于助人,周边很热闹,充满了热烈和激情。从酒店去任何地方都很方便,几天内就可以逛完所有的主要景点。酒店很干净,闪闪发光。住宿体验令人难忘。
