我们在这里住了两个晚上。 房间有点小,让人联想到沙龙德普罗旺斯的宜必思酒店。 但是这里很现代化,很干净,很新鲜。 酒店的酒吧和餐厅很出色。 早餐很棒! 乌得勒支历史悠久的老城区距离这里很近(步行约2公里)。 这是一个伟大的城市,很适合旅游,这里是一个很好的住宿地点。

酒店离车站有点远,因为我不知道怎么坐公交到酒店因此我是走路来的。这的工作人员很友善,这的房间很干净,里面的味道很好闻。还有就是尽管这里很干净但是厕所里面没有淋浴坐浴盆。请这家酒店考虑装一个:p这的早餐一般,没有看到有米饭:(

Thanks for reviewing your stay with us after your visit! I am happy to see that my colleagues were super nice and that you had a good stay, though you shouldn't have had to walk here. The bus drivers should have been able to tell you (even in English) what line to take and where to get off, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel! (It is Line 5 by the way).
I do see you missed some things in our hotel during your stay and I will look into this. We have served rice or congee in the past with the breakfast, but we stopped doing this as the demand was so low that we had to throw it away, which is just a waste of food. Did you check the possibilities with my colleagues when you were here?
Hope that despite these comments we will see you again in future!

对我们来说完美,出门打车或者坐城市公交很方便。友好的员工。不错的酒吧和餐馆。很遗憾餐馆周末歇业。不过坐巴士你可以很容易到达市中心。

Thank you for staying with us and giving us your feedback! I am happy to see that we were able to host you again this year and I hope we will be able to do this again in the future!
Our restaurant is indeed closed on the weekends, but we do offer a Bar Menu with some basic foods during the weekend, so if you don't feel like going into town next time. feel free to try some of the dishes here!

这是个很好的时尚酒店。我住的很满意。房间很时尚,价格中等。食物和服务都很棒。是出差的理想住处。高速公路四通八达。所以很适合那些开车来旅行的人。

在欧洲度假的时候,在这里呆了两个晚上,我非常喜欢这次住宿体验,房间干净整洁,满足人们的基本需求,服务态度也无可挑剔,工作人员热情友好,无论是食物还是酒吧,都让人觉得非常满意,距离中央车站也很近,距离老城区也十分近,去想去的地方,没有任何问题,值得向你推荐。

今天我们住在宜必思酒店,房间里暖气不工作了,我们非常冷以至于咽喉痛,而且房间里到处都是小虫子。早餐在14房间,和105房间距离很远。

Dear Sonia,

Thank you for reviewing your stay. From the feedback, I have to conclude that you did not inform my colleagues about the issues you had with the temperature. All our rooms have a separate heating system below the window and after checking it, I can inform you that it works very well. If you tried to warm up the room with only the A/C, then I can imagine this took far too long.
I am sorry to read that some of the ladybugs that found their way to our hotel were in your room. We are investigating how this is possible, but probably they came in through the ventilation above the window (which might add to the reason why the room was so cold). I understand from my colleagues that they did discuss the options for a solution with you as they took care of the unwanted ladybugs.
As is clear, your stay at Ibis did not meet your standards. I am sorry for this and I hope you will find a better fitting hotel for a future stay in Utrecht.
