就是房间跟想像中有点出入，是面对大楼的，有点刹风景⋯⋯

非常现代化的一家酒店。有着非常不错的室内设计。而且员工也非常积极。25欧元/天的地下停车场，可以搭乘电梯直达酒店大堂。从23楼的房间可以看到海港和城市的美景。附近的餐厅有着非常不错的早餐(步行2分钟就到了)。酒店提供免费的水和咖啡。酒店离市中心很近，只需要步行10分钟就可以走到市中心了。有一个缺点，我想说的是，房间的暖气系统感觉像是坏了，甚至不工作了。只有3部电梯，有时候你得等5分钟以上才能搭上电梯。

是的，从房间和七楼的酒吧看，这家酒店的景色很美。但是我们无法接受床单上有血迹。刚开始我只注意到6个枕头中的一个有两个小污渍，所以我决定不把它当回事，一切都有意外嘛。我们只是把枕头放在了地板上。但当我们在香港的第一个晚上没有换枕头后，我发现羽绒被上有另一个非常大的污渍，实在是太多了。接待处的一位女士很有礼貌，拿着两份免费饮料的代金券道歉——然而我们真的不太满意。我要求把干净的床上用品和额外的一瓶水留在我们的房间里，结果我们不仅等了40多分钟才有人来，而且他们只留了一瓶水，而且都没有怎么打扫我们的房间。电视也糟糕极了，像一面巨大的镜子，不能在白天看它，智能电视选项也不能用。浴室设计没有隐私空间。哦，我说过新的床上用品也有污渍吗?很明显，这家酒店没有人注重细节，服务只是一般，远远谈不上4星水平。街对面的布鲁诺酒店要好得多。

We are so sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. This is not wat suppose to happen and what we want for the guest. We always want to give the best service with a nice and clean room. My apologies for waiting so long and for the television.

我们在恩豪鹿特丹酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。我和我的女朋友在这里住了两晚，当我们到达时，所有的接待员都非常专业而且有礼貌。房间也很棒，风景超棒，非常宽敞，最赞的是当我们进入房间时，里面的细节很好。我们还见到了客户联络部门的艾琳，她也非常贴心而且专业。此外，早餐也很完美。恭喜所有的工作人员，你们为我们创造了一个超棒的住宿体验，我们还会再来的。

酒店位置优越，靠近著名的伊拉斯谟大桥，毗邻地铁站，出站之后5分钟内就可抵达饭店。 因此，如果您需要乘坐公共交通工具，很容易去任何地方。
我们住在23楼，可以看到窗前的美景。
房间很干净舒适。 舒适的浴室里还有一个大浴缸，您可以放松身心。
如果您想游览鹿特丹，那么nhow hotel酒店是一个不错的住宿地点。 强烈推荐。

先说酒店位置，位于鹿特丹天鹅桥口，步行3-5分钟即可到达相近的地铁站，从鹿特丹中央车站地铁前往大约10分钟车程，步行15-20有自助洗衣店。对岸亦有Waterbus(20/202)直接水路前往小孩堤坊(由酒店步行前往码头约15-20分钟) 房间方面，空间算大，设计时尚，有落地玻璃，唯房间灯光不足比较暗和洗澡水压不太够。整体来说都很好。
