What a disappointment for both you and us that we did not live up to our usually high standards during your stay this time. We've worked hard to create an amazing experience for every guest, and this relies a lot on technology. Where we see an increase in comfort when all work, quite the opposite is the effect when an odd-technology-glitch has played up and everything does not work as smooth anymore. Luckily, all the functions of the room are manually adjustable by the remote control for the TV and the switches on the walls. On top of that, if you ever experience any issues in the room, we have a dedicated team ready to take action as soon as they are reported, while you are still our guest.
Needless to say, the iPad should function like normal and we will follow-up with our tech department in order to make sure our systems are more reliable moving forwards. We would love to get in contact with you on a more personal level to find out what room you were in so we can pinpoint exactly what happened, making it possible for our IT-Tech team to target this specific issue.
