4星？

住了几间葡萄牙标榜4星的旅馆，这也是其中一家，真不知道4星的标准是如何定的？
两座客用的电梯，小的很，一次装不了几个人。
这间旅馆房内不提供咖啡机及煮水机，当然咖啡包及茶包全部没有。同时也不提供面纸。
房间面积不大，使用的家俱，看得出来是便宜货，桌边柜上竟然还掉漆，清扫房间的工作人员，不知可曾反应过？
浴室不大，还好备品完整。但是淋浴的莲蓬头，却缺了墙壁上的固定装置，有钉子没架子，似乎尚未完工。同时，对商务客而言，若要多住几天，自己清洗衣物，也缺少挂晾之装置；衣架也只限于衣柜内使用。
隔音很差，面临马路的房间，车辆声音不绝于耳；隔壁的喧嚣声，也不例外。
早餐还不错！

非常好

一家很棒的酒店，非常舒适、干净、现代。工作人员很专业。位置也非常好。从市中心过来只有几站路。早餐也很棒。将毫不犹豫地推荐这个酒店。

很棒，一定会再回来

优越的地理位置，大小适中、干净的房间。 员工和服务都非常好。 早餐非常好，选择丰富。自助晚餐是17欧元，就性价比来说，不满足我们的期待。 标价有点虚高，不值这个价。 总体来说，是一个不错的地方，一定会再回来。

The most important for us is to read your willing to came back.
Although, regarding your remarks I should say:
- Right on the spot: 4 of our most important strong points - staff, service, breakfast and location (only missing the cleaning, flexibility and accessibilities)
- Perhaps you were at the Restaurant in one of our busier days at dinner because our Buffet it's great and with an excellent ratio of quality and price (please send us some suggestions). Even so, we are now improving the dessert's area

很棒的酒店

我们在新年期间在这家酒店住了四晚，非常享受。非常现代化，房间很棒。 工作人员很友好，乐于助人。早餐很棒-有很多选择，有热的也有冷的，还有可爱的甜点。我们吃了一晚自助晚餐，物有所值。酒店看起来有点偏离城镇，但它毗邻Sao Sebastio地铁站，巴士站，而且离陆路火车站也不远。从机场坐地铁直达大约15分钟，我们可以乘坐公共交通工具轻松便宜地到达任何想去的地方。酒店有一个令人愉快的酒吧，价格不贵，总而言之，非常物有所值，非常愉快。

You have made a very complete description of the Hotel, the surroundings and accessibilities that there is not much more to say besides "Thank you".
As you said, we are in a almost unique location of the city, close to the downtown, but at the same time, away enough of the that busy part of the city that can be so easily reach by metro, taxi or even walking through the Parque Eduardo VII and enjoying some amazing views from here.
We are pleased to see that our major richness, our staff, was accordingly to your expectation, as it happens with our breakfast, cleanliness and several other Hotel services.

位置优越

我去里斯本的团购5日之旅包含了这家酒店。酒店非常干净，员工也乐于助人。早餐很好，非常丰盛。酒店所在的地区很安全（我是一个独自旅行的女性），去地铁站也很方便。走到Cortes de Ingles超市非常方便，从那里可以买到所有的必需品。出租车的价格也非常合理。

不错的酒店

这是一家最专业的酒店!在城市里很棒的位置——在去机场的交通线上——房间很棒，床也很好——餐厅很好——晚上的自助餐很赞——员工非常不错，友好且乐于助人！在里斯本选择这家酒店住宿就对了。别犹豫了，赶紧预订吧。
