Your compliments towards our hotel as well as towards our team and hotel standards of service were very much appreciated by all of us. It is always a great pleasure for us to have the opportunity to provide positive and memorable experiences to our guests while staying with us.
Please allow us just to describe some things that our clients are able to enjoy in our location:
- c.5-10min by bus the clients can reach the city center (the clients can buy 1/3/5 days tickets at reception and
there is a stop directly in front of the hotel with a public bus every 20min);
- c.2min (200m) walking is one of the 3 largest Shooping Center in the island - Forum Madeira;
- c.3min (250m) walking distance clients can find some natural swimming pools (extra fee);
- c.3min clients can find a promenade along the sea with a lengt of c.3,5Km (50min walking) until next fishing village or c.1,5Km (20min walking) until Lido area
- also in the surroundings (2-5 min walking) clients can find restaurants, bars and coffee-shops

这是我们在2017年度完蜜月后第二次入住这家酒店。我对员工没有任何可挑剔的地方，他们很乐于助人，很友好。我们遇到了一个问题，我们预订的导游取消了我们的徒步旅行，幸运的是我们没有付钱给他。酒店员工拉拉和莱安德罗非常乐于助人，他们为我们整理了另一个旅行公司和徒步旅行路线。早餐餐厅可能很拥挤，但餐厅里面和外面都还有空间，而且早餐选择种类很多。我们升级到了套房，我们第一次在这里住宿的时候也升级了房间，真的很棒。我们住在一个面向公寓的街区里，唯一的缺点就是狗吠。酒店位于市中心外围，有到市中心的班车，酒店周围有购物中心和餐厅，步行5分钟即可到达。绝对值得再来一次。
