Our A/C is maintained twice a year, as the weather conditions in Creta during summer are demanding. In the event you face any issue (such as changing remote control batteries, checking the A/C, the mini bar or the bathroom tap), we are always at your disposal in order to assist you. The hotel offers maintenance service thoughout the day and night, so if there is any damage in the facilities (after the room check on behalf of the Housekeeping manager), you may contact reception and give us notice. We are here to assist you 24/24h!
As per the pool area safety rules, we are trully sorry if your wife had this inconvinience. We kindly underline though, that the pool use regulations are strict, controlled by the law and the local authorities and we have two information panels hanging at the entrance of the pool, to inform our guests. It is absolutely impossible to have them posted at the end of the season, as we are talking about two permenantly posted panels that even during winter when the facility is closed, we never put them away.

Our roof top bar is open for guests and individuals. It is true that last year there were some issues regarding the sound, but this was untill last September.
Our guests' comments are always duly noted, this is why we have arranged a different lay out, as well as a sound control, only two months ago. We were also controlled by the local authorities and no problem was noted regarding the sound level.
Exceptionally the day you refer to, there was a vocal band concert hosted. For this reason you must have found an apology letter in your room, the day before the concert. In the letter we were suggesting our guests to contact reception immediately, in case they were annoyed by the music, so that we could move them to another room, cost free of course. We really sorry you did not take the chance to do so.
We honestly hope we will have the honor to welcome you back, only to prove you the truth about the quality of sleep we seeze to offer to our valuable guests.

Capsis Astoria Heraklion 饭店位于巴士总站步行约十分钟处，而且可以说就是位于市中心的市中心，隔壁就是著名的建筑博物馆，是一个对旅客来说非常非常方便的选择。如果想到海边港口，只要出了大厅直直往对面走就到了。如果想去参访著名的米诺斯王宫，更是只要在饭店门口外的公车站搭车就可，回程一样停达饭店。饭店提供的餐点也非常好吃。假如说要让人选择Heraklion的住宿选择，那这里绝对是必要首选！
