We are so sorry to know that your stay with us did not live up your expectations, and that you were very disappointed with several parts of the service.
As for your comments on the atmosphere of the hotel, we are so sorry that you it very crowded, especially at breakfast. This is of course not the feeling we want to convey so for that we truly apologize. We will of course review your feedback in order to take them into serious consideration in the future.
As for your comments on the pillow, we are very sorry that you did not find it comfortable. Just to let you know, we do offer a pillow menu consisting of three different pillows to choose from. This way you can get exactly the pillow you prefer. Just ask the Concierge Desk and they will make sure to bring the pillow to your room.
In all, we are so sorry that we failed to exceed your expectations. We hope, however, that you had an overall pleasant stay here in Copenhagen after all.
