Thank You for taking the time to give you feedback. Glad to hear that you all were able to sleep comfortably in your room. We apologize for the heat you experienced. Unfortunetly we do not have AC at the hotel, but rather a central ventilation system. On the warmer days, as has been this past summer, we do our very best to try and help out with extra fans to the rooms. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the gluten and lactose free options at the breakfast buffé and will forward these thoughts to the head of restaurant at Belgobaren to look into. It has been a very hectic summer here in Stockholm with many guests, the summer staff are working hard on trying to keep all things tidy and fully stocked at breakfast, it is sometimes hard however when many guest choose to have a later breakfast making it rush hour. In the reception late mornings can also be a bit of a rush hour during these times. Please feel free to also approach us during afternoon and evening and we will be happy to help out with more questions regarding Stockholm and help planning your stay and excursions. We do take your feedback to heart and will do our best to further improve.
