就像题目中说的那样，这个评级的得出不易。如果我把它评为5星，那它顶多算得上最普通的5星。我们在顶级套房里住了一周，房间需要整修了（尤其是卫生间和浴室），空调需要整个换新，床和床垫也要更换。但是，如果这只是家3星酒店，以上提及的就容易接受的多。酒店位置很好，员工周到体贴，服务很棒，楼顶浴池很棒。只是自从五年前我第一次住在这里以来，酒店一直没什么大改变，很多设施都很老旧了-感觉不像是5星的样子。

由于我女儿去年来这住过，所以这次推荐了这个酒店。她的推荐是有理由的，这里的房间很棒，干净，舒服，有每日服务。从房间看向斯利马及海上的视野非常壮观。屋顶泳池有酒吧/餐馆，在那里可以获发毛巾。早餐餐单迎合了所有人，食物很新鲜很丰富。我们特别享受“镇之语”餐馆的咖啡和早餐中所含的出色蛋糕。客房服务中的餐点诱惑亚洲团和意大利Tavola披萨非常赞。我妻子和我愿意把宫殿酒店推荐给任何人，我们打算明年再来这个友好舒服的酒店。

哇，非常漂亮的酒店，超级好的员工。从我们到酒店的那一刻起，我就不想离开了！Anna&Simba热情、友好、积极的帮我们办理了入住。因为是我的生日，还给我准备了一块生日蛋糕。酒店的房间很漂亮，床很舒适，干净，布置的很好。淋浴水压充足，时刻都有热水。我们住在三层，风景很好，能看见大海。大堂餐厅很好，Lawrence非常乐于帮助、耐心，花了很长时间帮我们点单。总之这家酒店就是很棒！5星级的客户服务，我还奢求什么呢：）谢谢宫殿酒店在我的生日给我留下最美好的回忆！我是Sandra Stecker。

我因为出差在这家酒店呆了一周，客房在5楼，536室。早餐很好吃而且种类丰富。酒店员工也很棒，彬彬有礼，热情好客，保证客人的请求/要求得到满足。酒店位于斯利马，那儿有很多可供消遣的活动，紧邻一条非常美丽的海滨大道，还有购物商厦，前往各个地方的轮渡，咖啡店，餐厅，等等。我住的那间客房漂亮又舒服。不过得考虑到淋浴的水很小（我住的客房也有浴缸）。

2018年夏天，我们住在这家酒店，在这里度过在圣玛丽亚节。这里的街道被装饰一新，每时每刻都在放着焰火，在酒店的屋顶天台上能欣赏到这些壮观的景象。我们特意去观赏了节日最重要的焰火表演，如果你不喜欢拥挤的人群就不要去了，我们直到凌晨两点钟才回到酒店。这个焰火表演让所有的千禧年表演都相形见绌，非常棒的表演。马耳他人对于如何进行焰火表演肯定很在行。清晨时分，坐在室外边吃早餐边欣赏眼前的人间美景，非常棒。
