位置不错，可步行至火车站和古城。酒店格局有点旧，房间内的热水壶不停漏水，应该是坏了没人换。其余家具尚算簇新，整体干净舒服。接待处工作人员态度一般，欠主动性，而且似乎不太熟悉当地旅游资讯。
酒店有两边大堂和升降机，check in 时，接待处没有清楚说明，结果我们坐错升降机，找不到房间，但我们回到大堂时，没人给予指引及帮助，感觉很差。早餐一般，选择不多。以这个价钱来说，感觉一般，应该可以更好。

We thank you very much for staying at our hotel and for giving us your review. We are glad to hear that you liked the location of our hotel and the cleanliness of the room. We are very sorry that the water kettle did not work properly. Please apologize. We have since replaces it with a new one.
We are also sorry that you were not fully satisfied with the service of our staff. We take much care about giving all information to our guests, which they need, but it is a lot of information at once. If there are any questions open, please do not hesitate to ask.

入住的工作人员很乐于助人，房间也很干净。走廊有点过时，酒店也有点过时(房间里没有USB接口，等等)。酒店位置很体面。步行至米拉贝尔宫需花费大约7-8分钟，从桥到老城大概需花费15分钟。我们乘坐了《音乐之声》游览巴士，在米拉贝尔宫对面的交汇点非常容易就能找到。附近的服务设施不多(餐馆、杂货店等)，所以这里周末感觉有点冷清。走到河边只花费很短的路程，那里有一条很好的跑步/自行车道。

It is good to hear that you felt well assisted by our staff and liked the cleanliness of the room. Thank you for your suggestion regarding the USB port. We will discuss this in our team. We are happy to hear that you were very satisfied with the location of our hotel in near walking distance to the sightseeing spots. We are sorry that you thought the location deserted, but there are several restaurants in the nearby vicinity (among them 3 of our own), one café is 50 meters away, the supermarket 3 walking minutes. Our staff is happy to give directions to restaurants, shops etc. However, on Sundays, all shops are closed in Austria and it is rather quiet in the streets.
We thank you very much for staying with us and for giving us your good feedback. We would be happy to see you again at our hotel for another stay in Salzburg.

酒店位置优越，有很棒的餐厅，客户服务非常的好，工作人员友好且乐于提供帮助。房间非常好，除了电视需要更换，一直都无法正常工作。而空调，虽然一直温度很高，但是很合适。我们住在这里的时候外面温度低于30摄氏度。我们预订的是双人高级房，对于两个人入住来说足够宽敞。

It is wonderful to hear that you were greatly satisfied with the location of our hotel. It is indeed only a 5 minutes’ walk to Mirabell Palace with its beautiful gardens and another 10 minutes’ walk to the sightseeing spots of the old town. We are delighted that you liked the service of our staff as well.

我组织了一个团队的人来萨尔茨堡，选择这家酒店主要是因为价格和便利程度。酒店让我们感觉宾至如归。很干净舒适，员工非常热情。有一些房间真的很小，这是我们唯一有点不满意的地方。餐厅的菜品很好吃。散步20分钟可以走到老城，步行10分钟到中央火车站。

住在 Imlauer & Brau酒店感觉很棒，员工热情，房间漂亮干净，咖啡不错，床也很好，早餐很棒，还可在Imlauer Pitter健身。略微老式的窗户关得很紧，房间很暖和。
