It´s a pity that you reduce our restaurant to the price.
We are an exclusive Viennese restaurant situated in the Inner City of Vienna and we serve our guest only good quality food - and you get what you pay for. Our main dishes range from 9,90 to 24,50 Euro which is a common price level for an upscale downtown restaurant.

The mentioned service fee is called cover charge and is quiet usual in a fancy restaurant.
It is explained in detail in our menu card where you can recognize that it is not only for bread and the home-made spreads we serve before the meal: The cover charge (or „couvert“) is the equipping and arrangement of cutlery and crockery as well as any accessories (such as napkins) on the table for one person. It is available for the guests before they are seated and can be supplemented during the meal. The cover charge is an expression of hospitality. It is designed to provide guests comfort as well as order and elegance with the help of a harmonious ensemble.
