这家酒店是很陈旧的,这里的服务是很差的,设施是低于标准水平的。 建议你们避免到此住宿。 我和我的家人经过长途旅行后下了飞机,到了这家酒店后,酒店表示不让我们和两个年幼的孩子一起住在同一个房间里,并试图向我们介绍预订更多的房间。 当我检查这边的房间的时候,发现这边的房间都是很小的,是不值得那么多的房费的。 在附近找另一个公寓住宿是个很不错的决定。

I would like to take the liberty to answer your review here on Tripadvisor which we already expected as you said you will post the review immediately.
You have made a reservation via booking.com for a superior room at the Grand Hotel Wien. The reservation you have made was original for 2 persons which is the exact number of persons to be allowed to stay in such room type.
At check in however you showed up with 4 persons , regardless that fact , that you were travelling with two children. We did inform you that it is not allowed to stay with up to 4 persons in such room type. We explained you that we would in such case suggest a second room which we offered you at a decent rate ( below the actual daily rate ). We even offered for a surcharge one of our larger suites which we actually had already a request for.
Both offers were rejected from your side which we were very sorry about. As you can see it was at no time the case that we did not want to help you with alternatives. A cost free upgrade however to a room that fits up to 4 persons was not available due to an almost sold out hotel as we only had superior category available and one of our senior suites which we had already a request for and was occupied at a later stage.
You decided not to accept our offers and told us that you would not stay here at the Hotel. We informed you that the actual reservation could not be cancelled free of charge anymore according to the terms and conditions. You chose however to check out and accepted the one night penalty fee.
I would like to point out that we have to follow rules and regulations of the Austrian Law in terms of occupancy per room unit. Exceptions can not be granted I am afraid. In fact if you make a reservation on each booking engine as well as on our own website for more than 2 persons for a superior room, you will be automatically informed that you have to book a second room at the Grand Hotel Wien.
Dear Shane C., I am sorry that you decided to leave the Grand Hotel Wien but I do believe that we did do the utmost to keep you here. And to be honest I do not see that we did something wrong in regards to this issue.

我刚和母亲登记入住。我告诉前台我定了一间有两张床的房间,并给他看了一张我购买记录屏幕截图。我被告知他们那里没有我预订的房间,于是把我们安排在一个只有一张床的房间里。前台不想为我们提供任何其他的服务,包括任何升级房间或其他各种服务。他说没有经理值班,我必须得明天再回来一趟。这次经历真的让我们的旅行从一开始的时候就有点不对劲,我对这家酒店没有什么好感。很不幸,根据其他人对这间酒店的评论我得到了一些积极的反馈,但没想到会这样被拒绝。
非常棒的酒店(位于市中心),有所有便利设施。充满历史风格的环境布置,加上恰到好处的现代化装饰。地理位置优越,位于市中心。一流的餐饮设施。工作人员非常优秀。极力推荐!

我们预订了一间特大号床间,但我们得到双人床房间。我们抵达时是11点,接待处表示他们将会做出必要的调整,但直到19点什么都没改变。 我打电话给接待处,他们说对不起,但酒店所有的房间都已经预订满了。他们没有做任何努力,接待处态度差,房间破旧 不推荐!!! 并且建议您避免通过Booking预订您的房间已导致被忽略。
