这酒店的位置是很好的，离火车西站和购物中心都很近。房间是足够的，床是舒适的，这里的早餐也是一个很好的早餐，即使你是吃酮类的食物，也是很好吃的。强烈推荐这酒店给任何一个来维也纳旅游的人。

我在6 - 7年后第二次参观了这家酒店，这真是一个惊喜。一切都超出了预期——员工非常乐于助人，自助早餐真的很好，房间也很好。我只是说我要带着我的2岁和1岁的孩子来，他们在我没有要求的情况下准备了婴儿床。我一定会回来的!

如果他们说这是一家三星级酒店，我就会说它的服务是可以的。但它是4星。糟糕的服务，比伦敦小的单人房间还小(如果你能想象的话)。不是所有的房间都有安全柜！在这个4 星酒店。网速让你回到54k的现代拨号时代。过时的家具和保养得很差的浴室。好的地方我想说的是，这家酒店就在火车站和地铁站附近，他们的工作人员很友好和桑拿房都很方便。

Thank you for your review, the nice feedback, and also for your critique and suggestions on improvement. We take your input very seriously and I have already discussed it with the managers and colleagues in charge.
Please accept my apologies for the safe. If you would like to book for next time, these categories comes with an in-room safe box automatically: Superior and Privilege Rooms and the Suite.
Oh your behalf I have already contacted our internet provider to verify the speed of the connection and ask to fix it if necessary.

这家酒店是典型的美居酒店，非常好。漂亮的小酒吧，高品质的简单食物。城里的大多数地方都在步行距离以内，有地下停车场，每天15欧元，只要拉开阻挡物，按下按钮，门开了，你开车进去，就这么容易。愉快的气氛，工作人员很好，礼貌又细心。我随时都会推荐这家酒店。合理的价格。这里有我吃过最棒的俱乐部三文治，厨师能证明我的话，费尔普莱。
