we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at Zeitgeist Vienna and therefore sincerely apologize for all caused inconveniences during your stay.
It is definitely unacceptable that you weren’t acknowledged properly and that your air condition was not fixed immediately.
Please be sure that we take your feedback seriously and that your described experience does not meet our own quality claims. Therefore we already set first steps within our management team to avoid similar situations in future.
We would love to get the opportunity to turn your Zeitgeist experience around, so should you decide to give us another chance and return to our hotel in the future, please get in contact with me directly at gm@zeitgeist-vienna.com.

我最近在这里住了两个晚上，发现这里真的很舒服，价格也很合理。房间干净整洁，酒店其他地方也是如此，酒店离维也纳火车站非常近。早餐也很丰盛，食物有很多选择，有凉菜也有热菜。

从维也纳中央火车站步行5分钟，到维也纳市中心轻松步行30分钟，酒店位置理想。酒店明亮、时尚、现代。接待人员热情欢迎、乐于帮助。我们的房间设计完美，配备了大淋浴、良好的照明、空调和非常舒适的床。自助早餐是我们所见过的最丰富的早餐之一，质量一流，可供选择，并不断补充。宽敞的用餐区，有细心的工作人员。舒适的咖啡厅/酒吧和花园区外休闲。总的来说，为我们的假期打下了完美的基础！非常感谢！

在七楼的房间里住了三个晚上，就在屋顶。舒适安静，配有现代步入式淋浴。房间有点小，如果空调不是很好，可能会很闷，幸好没有坏。没有去桑拿房，但是一楼的酒吧/用餐区是一个很好的地方，可以结识住在其他酒店的朋友。从中央车站走几分钟就到了。我们唯一的问题是我们两个人只有一个枕头，一个羽绒被和一条小毛巾。当我们抱怨时，接待处给了我们一个额外的枕头和毛巾。再住这里也没问题。

酒店的一切都很棒，登记入住很快，虽然我们比入住时间提早到了，而且给了我们一个更大的房间，位置非常便利，早餐的选择也很好！来的时候还会再住这儿。

如果你想住在中央火车站附近，这里是绝佳的位置（步行三到四分钟可到Hauptbahnhof车站）。现代、宽敞、舒适的房间。非常干净。非常好的工作人员。Billa超市就在正门旁边。空调有点吵，但是总的来说一切都很好。
