当然,这不是我第一次住在这家酒店,也不会是最后一次。我一开始度假的时候是住在另一家酒店的,真的很里很糟糕。我们原计划和我妻子的家人住在一起,但情况变了。我在各种各样的网站上忙着寻找和预订代替的酒店。然而,因为我的妻子是马来西亚公民,她不需要支付每天10马币的税钱。于是,我们驱车前往美居酒店,在接待处询问。每个人都很乐于助人,我们度假世界很长,一共21天。最后,我们发现直接在酒店预订要比在所有预订网站都便宜得多!!我们的房间在四楼,可以看到海景,虽然面积不大,但对于我们三个人来说已经绰绰有余了。床上干净舒适,毛巾质量好,每天更换。只有淋浴,但是有提供身体乳、洗发精和护发素,都很方便。早餐种类繁多,很不错,选择也很多。虽然我们在那里总共呆了21天,但我们全家人都享受了丰盛的早餐。除了烧瓶里用来泡茶的热水之外,没有烧开的水可以泡一杯完美的“茶”。游泳池很大,健身房设施也很好,我儿子在游泳池和健身房都玩得很开心。所有的工作人员都是一流的,友好,乐于助人,一直微笑,他们使我们的长期入住非常愉快。我们分了两次入住,因为我们去了泰国待了10天。我们把两个箱子存放在美居酒店里,很安全。一点问题都没有。我们回来的时候已经很晚了,迎接我们的是友好的工作人员,他们像久违的朋友一样欢迎我们回来,他们甚至给我们安排了以前住的房间。而且我们的手提箱从酒店的仓库完好无损地送到我们的房间。我上次来这家酒店的时候,它还只是四星级酒店。我发现电梯不够用,而且当时我也向酒店管理层提出了这个问题。值得赞扬的是,他们同意改进电梯,但是更新的成本会很高。现在这些电梯已经都换了,很明显是电脑控制的,你需要你的“门钥匙”才能去到你入住的楼层,我注意到电梯的运行很平稳,几乎没有浪费时间等电梯。总之,入住体验很不错,位置很好,工作人员很友好,房间很干净,设施很不错,餐厅很好,当地的饭菜和西式菜品都很好,我没有什么别的要求了。做得很好。我还会再来这家酒店的。

与马来西亚其他酒店不同,这家酒店最大的特色之一就是“客户服务”。前台的Asvathy女士彬彬有礼,乐于助人,面带微笑,给人的第一印象是“积极向上”。房间里的卡片有一些问题,她微笑着在指导下解决了。她提升了酒店的正面形象,这是她的功劳。第二,可能这是第一次有酒店一次给我3张门禁卡,其中只有一张是为电梯和房间服务的。这需要改进,因为这样的“安全”让我有点头疼。现在到处的酒店都只给一张用于电梯,房间和房间灯,而不是3张,所以丹容武雅海滩度假村也应该修改成只有一张房卡。房间里很干净舒适,让人放松而且很豪华,有一台电视机,带茶/咖啡用品的热水壶,化妆品,熨斗,手电筒,带密码的保险箱,吹风机和闹钟收音机等等设施。时钟的位置放的不对,因为它应该正对着床上睡觉的人,而不是在侧面。最好应该放在床前的桌子上。虽然浴室有所有你需要的设施,但是它太拥挤了。当你开门的时候,会挡住了通往淋浴区的玻璃入口,几乎碰到了马桶,所以你必须从一侧挤进去后才能把门关上。酒店环境很好,就在海滩边上,大部分时间都有凉风吹过。他们的Ombak咖啡馆也很好,有各种各样的欧式和当地的食物,味道很棒。早餐也有很多食物选择。酒店里挤满了阿拉伯游客,他们吵吵闹闹,到处乱扔垃圾。我在那些阿拉伯家庭坐着的海滩边发现了空瓶子和食物残渣。也许应该在房间里放一个关于乱丢垃圾的通知。然而,另一方面,我不喜欢放在房间里的关于房间设施的通知。通知的内容传达了管理层的一种思维方式,即假定客人有不良意图,并警告他们注意后果。更好的使用语言应该是体现对客人的信任,礼貌地鼓励他们购买纪念品。

槟城美居酒店,优越的地理位置,非常干净的海滩,漂亮的房间,早餐也很丰盛。晚餐服务也不错....但是......在五天的住宿期间,我们的房间只打扫了两次。两次我不得不去接待处抱怨我们没有毛巾,没有瓶装水和卫生纸。我们不是“尊贵的”客人,但没有卫生纸真的已经超出我的底线了。基于这一点,我不建议大家住在丹容武雅海滩度假村。

预定了一间海景房,有点失望。酒店大楼很矮,所以大多数面向大海的房间都会被树挡住,所以看不到风景。海滩也很小。除此之外,这是一家相当不错的酒店,设施很好。
