Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay.
We are sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with your time here, and would like to apologise sincerely for any shortcomings on our part that may have contributed to this. As an aparthotel (providing serviced apartments with a 24 hour reception service), we do advertise that cleaning does not take place on a daily basis. For those staying only two nights this will unfortunately not take place, although we are more than happy to offer any towel replacement/room re-stocking if contacted at the Front Desk.
