作为希尔顿钻石卡会员，对于这一家希尔顿酒店非常不满意。入住前也没有任何邮件询问，是自己去问波拉波拉瑞吉的工作人员才知道怎样才能到达酒店。
下午将近5点入住，尽管只有我一个人办理入住，但是办理入住速度特别慢，非常不熟练。作为钻石会员，房间没有任何升级，请求延迟到下午1点退房。刚开始前台说好的，后来又说明天早上再看房态。结果第二天11点打电话过来说不能延迟退房，要求马上收拾行李办理退房。
对于希尔顿酒店集团特别失望，比瑞吉酒店差远了。

希尔顿莫雷阿岛潟湖度假村是我们住过的最美丽的度假村之一。工作人员总是热情友好的，食物非常棒，水上屋提供了令人难以置信的景观。我们住在74号，靠近走道的最外面，从外面的平台那可以看到很多鱼和黄貂鱼。房间宽敞开阔，与其他水屋相比仍有很强的私密性。

Really thankfull to the staff friendliness and helpfulness, that made you appreciate your stay, especially in the Over the Water Bungalow, where you could have swam directly from your sundeck.

我们带着三个孩子在这度假村住了一周。工作人员很有爱热心。度假村里的孩子不多，所有东西都挺贵的。这儿的食物很好吃，海滩超美。有免费的独木舟和桨板可以用。我们在水上屋住了两晚——绝对值得!最棒的是crepe酒吧——你可以在这儿坐着放松放松，喝喝饮料，看着鲨鱼在你身下盘旋——超赞的体验。在酒店很好开展旅游等活动。一定要来试试水上摩托车!!在我们的旅游行程中，我们还看到了莫里亚其他几个度假村——希尔顿看起来要高级得多。这儿的回忆值得永远珍藏!!

On behalf of the entire team here at the Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa, I wish to thank you and your familly to take the time to share on this platform, such gracious comment about us.
Thank you for mentionning the "lovely and very helpful" staff.
We are very proud of our staff and believe, he is the finest on Moorea Island. They are indeed genuinely, friendly and I have always been convinced that they are our most important asset. I am sure your comments will touch their heart.
I am glad to read that you enjoyed very much your stay in our overwater bungalow.
Thanks fo the "highlight" on our crepes bar, the ove the water Toatea Bar, indeed, it's a great place to relax and from there you are able, to enjoy an amazing moment with shark circle beneath you.
Thank your for choosing our hospitality, we look forward to welcome you back to the Hiton Moorea in a not too distant future.
