Please accept my apology for the weather condition you experienced during your stay. We are in the begining of monsoon season, in some days we have quite strong wind for a short period of time in the evening, however we still have great sunshine throughout the day. I hope you get to experience our renown sunset in your next visit.

Rest assured that I will be seeing how can we position the pricing of our food in a more relevant and value driven manner and we will also explore options for guests; I am sorry that this did not represent value for you and your feedback will be taken seriously.
