Thank you for taking your time to complete a Trip Advisor review and I hope everyone arrived back home safely.
It was truly a pleasure to have you with us on a family trip. I am extremely delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay, as well as the hotel location and room experience.
Thank you once again for those warm comments, all of us are incredibly happy and encouraged.
Please accept my apology for the weather condition you experienced during your stay. We are in the begining of monsoon season, in some days we have quite strong wind for a short period of time in the evening, however we still have great sunshine throughout the day. I hope you get to experience our renown sunset in your next visit.
Rest assured that I will be seeing how can we position the pricing of our food in a more relevant and value driven manner and we will also explore options for guests; I am sorry that this did not represent value for you and your feedback will be taken seriously.
The entire team and I look forward to welcoming you back to our home on the beautiful cliff, hopefully in not too distant future.
