我和我伴侣在帕拉索马佐里度假酒店住了四晚，非常享受这酒店的住宿。我们入住的是海景房，太漂亮了！！房间的阳台是个吃早餐的绝佳地点。每天早上早餐都会送到房间里来，而且是随叫随到的（你挑好后就送来了。）酒店房间每天都会打扫清洁，每次都会换上干净的毛经。酒店员工非常亲切友好，乐于助人。员工们还会向你推荐餐馆，而且从酒店去市中心也就五分钟的车程，只要你有需要你还可以在途中下车。我们在这度假酒店住得很愉快，我们还会回来住的。
酒店很好，房间也很干净。工作人员还好。不知道怎么沟通好，所以很难。包含的早餐很少。WiFi不包括在内，每天花费10英镑！按摩浴缸很冷。位置很好，因为如果你坐的是同一级别的公共汽车。大约15分钟到海滩。我必须重复，必须乘坐接驳车返回！

不要像我们一样犯错误，以为好评比差评多，这家酒店绝对会毁掉你的旅行的。更不用提这家酒店的费用还那么贵。四人间其实就是一个大房间，里面有两张单人床。工作人员非常粗鲁，额外费用很荒谬，更不用提包的早餐只有咖啡、果汁和小到可笑的鸡蛋。如果你要为水果额外付钱的话就不要包早餐了！千万不要来这家酒店！你可以看到有些工作人员的回复都不是很好。

That the wifi was for payment is clearly written on all booking web sites, so it seems weird to bring back this amazement here.
Regarding the taxi we clearly said to you that in Positano you can arrive by car until the Mulini Square and then walk until the port, the taxi fee is the standard fee for a taxi in Positano.
Finally, you have booked a Standard Double Room and we have upgrade you in a Suite with no any extras, but only for the use of the Jacuzzi there was an extra, because we can not offer you a jacuzzi use for the price of a stanrad room, which is why only for the use of the Jacuzzi there was an extra which you were not obliged to take.
We did not charge for any extras, but just for what it was.
