显示较少作为旅游套餐的一部分,我们因而在此留宿。来之前看过评论,对这个地方没有什么期待。但实际上我们在这里度过了愉快的三天。入住手续办理得还不错。我们的房间很干净而且配置齐全。奇怪的是卫生间里没有洗手台。房间里面挺安静,如果你打开窗户,会有蚊虫飞进来。我们还为此买了个喷雾。其他问题都能解决,但除了早餐的时候有一个服务员有点不友善外。我们能理解"不要说英语",但说话的为何不微笑一下而是翻白眼呢?酒类供给很充足而且价格合适。房间内提供的瓶装水很不错。

今年我到访这家酒店住宿了两次。酒店员工非常友善,乐于向旅客提供帮助。酒店食物还算可以。两次到访我住的房间是不同的,两次的住宿体验也一切ok。我非常喜欢酒店每晚提供的瓶装水,经历一天的疲惫行程回到酒店,看到房间内酒店提前准备好的瓶装水,感觉很温馨。

我和同行的30人在这里住了5个晚上。酒店的公共区域很不错,但我们的客房还真是典型的Mercure酒店标准——非常小,几乎没有家具,也没有花边装饰的床罩。但是,这里的员工非常棒,早餐和晚餐的食物也很好吃。酒店所在的地区并没有什么吸引力,甚至不是很令人舒服,但我们大部分人偶尔会冒险去周围的餐馆吃饭。我十分震惊的发现周围的街上有乞讨的孩子。不过,酒店的走廊很安静,客房之间隔音也很好。

我们一行60人,提前6个月预定这家酒店,也没有足够的工作人员给我们合理的服务。无论是在酒吧等了20分钟,还是酒店不提供晚餐这些都没有做到位。我们入住期间没有见到一个高管人员。当我们抱怨的时候,工作人员说:“先生,你们一行有60人啊!”。房间很舒适,安静,但是我们不敢打开窗户,因为其他客人抱怨说很多蚊子。房间里也没有空调。更可怕的是,我们在电梯里发现了前一天晚上客人吃饭剩下的2个托盘。不过总之,和其他评论相比,酒店有2个电梯,我们也都使用了。
