I'm sorry that you were disappointed in your accommodation. You did book it yourself online so you were aware that there was no air con and only ceiling fans in that particular room.
I did offer you a room with air con the following morning however you declined the offer so a full refund was given. In regards to the bed, we do our best to ensure that our guests are comfortable when staying with us however we all have our own preferences on mattresses so unfortunately we cant please everybody. Because of the warm weather, there are a lot of bugs and insects flying around and we cant fix that problem.
