我们在这家酒店住了两晚，非常愉快。我们的房间带有一个阳台，可以俯瞰湖的美景。花园修剪得很漂亮，房间是包含早餐的，早餐种类丰富，美味可口。我们此次住宿的亮点所在是Panaroma餐厅，野外烧烤时我们吃了香肠和芹菜……味道独特，很完美。还有我们的服务员Hetty，她超棒!非常细心周到，也很友善，让我们整个晚上都感觉很美妙!我们刚刚从日内瓦丽思卡尔顿酒店退房，Hetty绝对是我们在瑞士遇到的最好的服务员!维兹诺霍夫酒店和Hetty，干得好！

这是我们在这家酒店度过的第二个长周末。我们去年就爱上了它，因此不得不再次回来。这个地方感觉就像地中海的Ticino，不用开那么长时间的车，我们可以避开Gotthard周围可怕的交通。我们喜欢这里美丽的花园和房间里的景色。今年我们去了SENS餐厅，对那里食物和服务的质量感到满意。酒店的气氛就是我们喜欢的那种，它不是太大，你会发现它的室内是古老和现代的混合，它有温暖的人，有不错的食物，它还拥有湖边独特的位置。

我们五月中旬在这里住了4晚。酒店临近湖泊，带有花园，里面很多树木。树下有个小露台，还有休闲区域。用餐区域靠近湖泊，景色很美，不过当时下着雨，我们没来得及尝试。酒店员工非常友好，房间很新，干净舒适。大厅区域很漂亮，玻璃窗是彩色的。这里的食物很美味！可以乘坐酒店附近的缆车前往班特伯根，那里景色很美。这里离码头也很近，在这用餐也很方便。湖边很多小镇，比如卢塞恩就在附近。我们还去了交通博物馆，这里真的很适合小孩子。

Thank you for this great review and ofcourse for being our guests. We are happy to read that, although the weather was not that good, you still were able to enjoy such a great stay with us!
The yellow cable car is definitely an attraction itselve and the view up there is indeed amazing.
We hope to welcome you back someday and then hopefully with better weather, so you can also enjoy our terrace directly at the lake..

今年秋天我们一起旅游时在这家酒店住了三个晚上。我们所有的房间都略有不同，都能俯瞰卢塞恩湖。许多人的房间有阳台，我们的没有，但是景色还是很棒。户外酒吧和餐馆也能俯瞰湖景。湖边修剪整齐的草地上有许多户外休息区。我们忘了带泳衣，那些带了泳衣的人可以在户外水疗中心休闲，或者在清澈透明的湖里游泳，不过阳光明媚的九月里还是有点冷。从酒店可以步行到卢塞恩湖渡轮、火车站和城镇。

We are glad to hear, that you had a great stay at our hotel this fall. Yes, the rooms really have a great view. On one side to the beautiful Rigi mountain and on the other to the Lake Lucerne. We are as well happy to read, that you liked the restaurants and the sitting areas in our beautiful garden.
It would be a great pleasure for us to welcome you as well this summer in our hotel at the lake. We are open again from the 3th of May 2019.

这家漂亮的酒店什么都有——美丽的风景，布置得很好，位置就在湖边。我们在湖边吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐，还看了日落。我们的侍酒师Jorge Miguel知识渊博，非常亲切。食物真是太棒了。我们决定分享所有的菜式，这样我们可以品尝尽可能多的不同的食物。厨师把所有的菜分装到两个盘子，以避免桌子上的笨拙地交换盘子，这是非常友好的。一切都很棒。直到我们到达我们的房间——顶楼，楼下是客厅，楼上是卧室。价格350瑞士法郎每晚。房间太热了，我睡不着。我在一个小阳台上踱来踱去，想呼吸一整夜的新鲜空气！我仍然会再来，但是在选择房间的时候会更加小心。

It was an honor for us to have you here! We are really happy that you like our hotel, the beautiful view and of course our furniture!
We are glad that you had a great dinner with our waiter Jorge Miguel! We are happy that he is a part of our VH-Team. =)
We are sorry, that the room didn't meet your expectations. We had a really nice summer with high temperatures here in Switzerland. Our hotel was built in 1901 and is a listed building. For this reason, we are not allowed to integrate an air conditioning system. As a solution for this, we bought fans for our guests. Please ask the next time at the reception for it. We would be happy to bring it to your room!
We hope to welcome you soon again in our hotel and wish you a great day!
