We would like to make a heartfelt apology that your stay was not up to your expectations. It was great to read your daughetr was happy to visit our mini club and that you overall liked our WnW park with all its entertainments. We are very sad to hear about luna park, we would like to assure that our luna park is authorized as safe by independent establishment. We have never had any similar cases you describe. But we will pay attention to this aspect and check twice.
Price policy of facilities provided by the third party companies (photographers, hairdressers etc) isn't something we are able to audit and control unfortunately. But our guests always do have a choice to get these services from hotel shops or any other shop outside.
