Firstly thanks for your valuable comment on tripadvisor. We are sorry for your inconvenience which was occurred elevators traffic when you took it during your stay. As matter of fact, the speed of elevators operate properly in terms of system-control and local regulation. However, as you told us, the elevator traffic has been happened easily in the morning & evening when room-guests & restaurant visitors use it the same time. Regarding those issues, we are trying to find out the best way in terms of systems and service.
