这是我第一次来到萨尼亚。不知道这里有个度假村。前台的安（Ann）非常乐于帮助我们。对这里的信息比如去哪里玩了如指掌。酒店很方便，靠近应季的景点。房间干净整洁。我们的房间特别靠近大门所以有点吵。除了这个没有其他批评。酒店的餐厅供应非常好的早餐，我也在这里吃过晚餐。

Congratulations on an enjoyable first trip to Sarnia! Ann is very knowledgeable and is a wonderful resource for guests looking for local attractions. I will be sure to pass your comments on to her.
I am pleased to hear that you were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner in Crossroads Restaurant. We take pride in being the only hotel in Sarnia to offer a complimentary full, hot buffet breakfast each morning (Monday to Sunday) to our in-house guests.
On behalf of all the staff, we hope you will come and stay with us again soon.

员工很友好，乐于助人。床十分舒服，还有很好的被子（这通常是我评断一个地方的标准）。房间图片和实物完全一致。我肯定还会来住的，尤其是价格还如此优惠。

Thank you for reviewing our hotel and providing us with such positive feedback. We recently (Septemeber 2014) replaced our matresses in the newly appointed king rooms and are happy to hear that they are receiving such a wonderful response. We hope that you will come and stay with us again soon.

我有一个家庭聚会所以在这家酒店预订了2晚。这家酒店的干净环境、员工的友好以及高质量的早餐是我们非常喜欢的。酒店周边有很多的停车位并且还有标志指引如何去停车区域。这家酒店的位置非常优越，离市区，商场以及去往美国的大桥都很近。如果我们在萨尼亚需要住宿的话，我一定还会选择这家酒店。

我们每次都受到温暖友好的接待。他非常礼貌和气，甚至还帮我们照了一个合照。他的名字是Logan，我们非常喜欢他。早餐很美味，餐厅当值的女士也令人如沐春风。不过总的来说，我们喜欢Logan。

员工亲切友好，房间安静整洁，早餐一般般。我想向管家要一个塑料袋装湿衣服，居然看到她带着塑胶手套，跪在地上用力擦洗浴缸！和房间看起来干净相比，我更愿意房间真的很干净。如果再来这里，我还会住这家酒店。（我不太喜欢房间里的阁楼面板，不过不会因此而不住这里。）

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am pleased to hear that you will stay with us again when travelling to Sarnia. The housekeeping staff will be glad to hear that their hard work does not go unnoticed. In the future, please leave recommendations to improve the breakfast buffet with your server or the front desk attendant - comments are always passed on to the chef.
