到达机场时天色已晚，租车行都打烊了。略感欣慰的是这里员工友善，地方靠近机场。从机场步行五分钟即到酒店，天晚入住还不错。但酒店不太干净，床不平整，早餐一塌糊涂。真希望这里能升级重装，客房还跟我们二十二年前第一次来一样。谢天谢地酒店有这么好的员工。

While the style of our hotel wasn't to your preference, we are happy to hear the steak and oysters made for an exceptional dining experience; your compliments will be sent to the chef! 非常过时的肮脏的地方，浴室很小，水槽上没有别的空间，很老旧的厕所，这是一个你会在路边的服务广场看到的那种又脏又多尘的那种厕所。女佣服务糟透了，服务员很好，游泳池也很棒，房间里没有冰箱也没有微波炉因此对商务旅行者来说不太方便。

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay with us did not match your standards nor your expectations. It is very disappointing to read that we fell short in cleanliness and that you did not enjoy our room layout. While we are glad that you were well served by our front desk and that you had a refreshing dip in the pool, we know that we can do better. Even though our property is older than you would prefer, we are capable of delivering excellent experiences and hope to have the opportunity to do so in the future. Pay us another visit here in Syracuse!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Please accept our apologies for the issues with cleanliness that you identified. Although our property is a little older than you would prefer, we do take our guest experience very seriously and will work to step up our efforts in cleanliness and condition. Our team believes that our value comes not only from our affordability and location but also from the inviting spirit that we foster. We hope that despite your concerns you were able to have a restful visit and we hope that you consider us for another stay in Syracuse.

Thank you for making the Best Western Syracuse a regular part of your stay in the area. We are glad that we can provide you a safe, secure, and convenient place to get some rest after a long day of travel. While we are very happy to know that you have always had excellent and friendly interactions with our staff, we are sorry that the condition of the property does not match your standards. It is also saddening to read that our breakfast is not to your liking. We are always striving to improve, and your feedback as a regular guest means a lot to us. We want to impress you on your next visit, so please come and see us again!

我们在机场的位置，等待我们的孙子来接机。酒店这里的双人床不能容纳4个人，所以第二天晚上我们住了2个房间。我们惊讶地发现第二个房间有一个迷你冰箱，而隔壁的第一个房间没有。这两个房间的收费都一样。如果顶了大床房会更好的。

Thank you for your feedback! We were happy to have you with us during your recent stay. At this time we do not provide a mini fridge in each of our rooms. The option to request a fridge is always available when you book your reservation, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We'll take your suggestion for queen beds under consideration, and we thank you for helping us grow! It would be wonderful if you'd come back again in the future. Thanks again!
