We are sorry to hear that you had unpleasant experience regarding to the air conditional problem which was definitely accidentally happened in the middle of the night. Our engineer was trying their best to solve the problem for you as soon as and as quick as they could.
Regarding to the hotel policy, we need the guest signature on the bill so our staff had to ask for your acknowledge right after delivery. However, we have to apologize again for the inconvenience.
